The short version:Your messages and documents are never used to train AI models. Your data is private, stored securely, and deleted 30 days after you cancel. We don't sell your data. Ever.

1. Who We Are

GreyRock Inc., a Delaware C corporation, operates the communication intelligence service available at https://mygreyrock.app and/or https://mygreyrock.ai (“GreyRock,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information when you use the Service.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Account Information

Your name, email address, and authentication credentials when you create an account. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email from Google. Authentication is handled via Better Auth.

2.2 Messages and Content You Submit

  • —Screenshots you upload for analysis
  • —Court documents or parenting agreements you upload
  • —Context you provide about your situation

2.3 Payment Information

Billing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number. We retain only subscription status and Stripe customer identifiers.

How you interact with the Service — which features you use, how often, and basic session information. We use this to improve the product.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

Provide the Service

Analyze messages using Anthropic's Claude AI, generate pattern analysis, response suggestions, and document summaries.

Store Your Data

Store your evidence timeline, court documents, and communication history in your private account.

Account Management

Create and manage your account, authenticate your identity, and process payments through Stripe.

Communications

Send transactional emails (password resets, billing receipts) and respond to support requests.

Improvement

Analyze usage patterns to improve the quality and functionality of the Service.

Safety and Security

Detect and prevent fraud, misuse, and technical issues.

4. AI Processing

Messages and documents you submit are processed by Anthropic's Claude AI to generate pattern analysis, response suggestions, and document summaries. This processing occurs in real time and is subject to Anthropic's privacy policy.

Your data is never used to train AI models — by us or by Anthropic. Anthropic maintains a zero data retention policy for API usage.

5. Children's Information

GreyRock does not knowingly collect personal information about minors. Our Service is designed to help adults manage co-parenting communication — any information processed relates to adult users' experiences, not to children that might be involved. We do not create profiles of, or intentionally collect data about, any child. If you believe we have inadvertently received personal information about a minor, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.

6. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in the following limited circumstances:

AnthropicFor AI processing of messages and documents you submit. Subject to Anthropic's zero data retention policy for API usage.
StripeFor payment processing. Stripe handles all billing data under their own privacy policy.
Turso / CloudflareFor secure database storage of your account data and timeline, and for content delivery and security services.
Legal RequirementsIf required by law, court order, or to protect the safety of users or the public.
Business TransfersIn the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of the transaction. We will notify you of any such change.

7. Data Retention

Your account data, timeline entries, and uploaded documents are retained for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, your data is retained for 30 days to allow you to reactivate or export — after which it is permanently deleted.

You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing legal@mygreyrock.app. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.

Payment records are retained as required by applicable tax, accounting and financial regulations. Usage data may be retained in anonymized or aggregated form.

8. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including:

  • —Secure authentication via Better Auth
  • —Access to user data restricted to personnel who need it to operate the Service
  • —Secure infrastructure hosted on Cloudflare and Turso
  • —Regular security assessments and monitoring

However, no system is perfectly secure — please use a strong, unique password and do not share your account.

9. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

  • —Request a copy of your data in a structured, machine-readable format

9.1 California Residents (CCPA)

California residents have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to request deletion, and the right to non-discrimination for exercising privacy rights. We do not sell personal information as defined under the CCPA.

9.2 European Economic Area and UK Residents

For users in the EEA or UK, we process your data on the basis of your consent, our legitimate interests in providing and improving the Service, and the necessity of processing for the performance of our contract with you. You may have additional rights under the GDPR, including the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

9.3 International Data Transfers

The Service is operated from the United States. If you access the Service from outside the United States, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those of your country. By using the Service, you consent to the transfer of your information to the United States.

10. Cookies

We use only essential cookies necessary to maintain your login session. We do not use advertising cookies, third-party tracking cookies, or analytics cookies that identify you across sites.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
